It looks better. When I saw the original images there was no way to offer much of an assessment. Detail is XF with some rim bruising and something below the 1 in the date. The reverse scratch should not make it a problem coin but rather limit it to 40. Original strike appears to have been above average.

XF-40 straight. I don't think the scratch is distracting enough to detail it.
