Not sure on displaces metal. But under scope I'm pretty sure I'm seeing another D under top D

Looks like zinc rot not a RPM to me.

That's zinc rot forming under the mint mark not an RPM

It's unfortunately zinc rot setting in on the mintmark. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD). It's a spender, since it's only damaged.
