Just kind of curious what this is. I know it has no premium but I thought the design that the bubbles were making was interesting. Could be PMD but I really don't know. I'll let you guys, the experts, decide.

@SC, you should be able to depress these plating bubbles with a wooden toothpick. Normally they are more linear as a pattern so that circular shape of bubbles near the date is interesting.
