@CR18, some smaller coin such as a cent was lying on the rev of this nickel while both were exposed to either the environment or a chemical. The cent protected this nickel from toning and so you can see its outline. While it is kinda neat to see, there is no numismatic premium for this.

my first thought was a car cup holder coin but I think I'm wrong. Somehow it was exposed to the environment or a chemical with a cent laying on top.
