Didn't see this listed in DOUBLEDDIE.COM but then again WDDR-002 through WDDR-008 have yet to be populated with information on the website.
I think this can pass as a DDO. What say you?

What is it that you're seeing as doubled? Looks like a normal cent to me. Great pics!

Sorry about that...

The DD in question is the "E" in LIBERTY.
The "E" on the top two legs look to have lower doubling.

edit: Thanks Jim0815. Picture quality is a working project for me. I am staring to come to the conclusion it is all about the LIGHT.

Thanks everyone for taking a look at it.

Will throw it in the out pile. Maybe will give it a bath first for Sh.. and giggles.

Let the CRH continue!

I see grime that is stuck on those devices. Probably on top of Machine Doubling. The 'B' is a contact mark widening that out a bit. It looks like a normal coin to me. On the positive side, the dies that struck your coin was recently polished removing any field scratches/die flow. When you look at the left side of the 'L' it shows that the die was not an EDS die, but probably after the first polishing of the die. The reverse die looks like it was polished also at the same time. (The die marriage is still intact)

You guys are on it!
Threw that coin in for a 10 min shower and BAM! What I thought was doubling vanished.
Guess it was grime. Thanks again for the feedback.

And I can see the Machine Doubling that was under the grime. The roughness of the MD made it stick there.
