I have a question on the Dies if anyone could answer for me. I guess I am wondering if the Die used while making the coin includes all the devices on the Obverse? Why would Rosevelts Bust be one of the Dharpest strikes I have seen on any of my Dimes yet the other devices such as "WE" and L in Liberty look so worn?

The age of the die ( Die Deterioration from use) can affect the sharpness of the devices. And usually the deterioration is more pronounced on the devices towards the rim.
