It appears that the L in Liberty has Doubling, All of trust I think, and most noticeable is the Date and Mint Mark having doubling. Is this an error coin?

Thanks

It's MD'ing. Not a dd or rpm. The devices have been reduced in size at the anomalies.

When you see the same Machine Doubling on the date and the mint mark, it is not a doubled die or a RPM. Why? Because the die making process is the first step of creating dies. The mint mark is a separate step of punching the mint mark onto the finished die. So if the doubling is the same on both the date and the mint mark, then it was caused after the striking of the coin.
