I have this oddly struck Morgan. I'm wondering if there is a term for this. I have heard the term " Grease Filled Die" thrown about, but haven't seen an explanation. Is that what this is?

It is most pronounced around the obverse perimeter writing and stars, but is also evident on the reverse.

Any input appreciated.
