1959 Colombia 5 Centavos Interesting Repunched Date RPD

Got this for $0.25 out of a junk world coin bin at LCD. The 9 in the date is widely repunched to the southeast, but only the upper curve is visible. I found this RPD very interesting because of how widely repunched it is yet the extra punch is so weak. There's a lot of repunched dates known on Colombian coins of this era but I was unable to find this exact one anywhere.
