Am I correct in saying yes but it woul get a Details-Damaged designation?

I believe they are given generic grades; AU, XF, VF, etc.
But not a numeric grade.

And labeled:
NGC > Details
PCGS > Genuine
ANACS > ?

It is a very very very common coin especially in this condition. You would lose more money sending it for grading.
