I am an avid coin roll hunter and have found about a half dozen or so of those in the early 2000s as well as the 1998 Wide AM. On the Wide AM, the "FG" is in a slightly different position from the " Close AM" variety, like your coin in this picture. The 2000 S Proof cent should have this Reverse. there is also a 2000 S Proof " Close AM" variety, being that the Wide AM is the proof coin standard. Very nice find, I haven't found one in years.
