1965 Canadian Cent For Grading

First time attempting to grade a Canadian piece. I don't have much of anything noteworthy (Two young heads and a King George VI at best) but this is one of my nicer looking 60s examples , so I figured I'd give it a shot.

On the down side, after doing some comparisons, I've noticed this might've possibly been cleaned due to it's odd toning and lack of grime despite considerable wear. I've put it next to a newer piece to show the differences. I might be wrong, but for the time being, I'm leaning towards a details grade for this.
