First off, taking pictures of large silver coins is super hard for me. I need more practice.

I'm going through all the Morgans I have had since I was a kid.
This 1921 has chocolate toning spots on the Obv as you can see.
The Rev is free of them.

It has some cartwheel on both sides...buts its mushy...not a bright clean cartwheel.

Looking for a grade and thoughts on being cleaned.

Thanks
Dan

Have you tried anything on it, such as acetone? Maybe it's not tarnish.
Rest in Peace

I did toss it in acetone before the photo. After the photo, I put it in a 2x2.

Your seeing the coin after it's bath.

The toning spots are definitely toning spots. I have a few other Morgans from that box with the same kind of spots near the rims, but not all over the coin.

Eye appeal - Low
Looks like a "sneeze" coin.

MS-63. A dip in E-Z-Est will remove the ugly tone

There is a big hit on the obverse between the D and O. Probably MS not ugly, but certainly unattractive lol
