Im new to the coin collecting and was hoping somebody from here could give me some info on my 1963D Lincoln Penny it has an odd sivlery greenish blue tint to it and no copper tint

Looks like another plated Lincoln.
You can see copper showing through on Abe's shoulder.
Done after it left the Mint so is PMD
