Can't tell from that picture which variety it is but if it is
just a normal 1970S CENT, then it is worth 1 cent.
Will need a larger cropped facing right side up photo to see
what the variety is.

Since you are new... Welcome...
Hint: It's not a big deal with this penny, but don't handle coins with bare hands, and if you do then only by the rim.
Your fingers will leave oil on the surface which will stain the coin and attract dirt, especially on silver ones.
Have fun! You will learn a lot on this site.

San Francisco cents were always minted in a smaller quantity than Philly and Denver ones, but otherwise they're still somewhat common and rarely worth more than face unless in MS condition.

If it is a small date can be worth a fair amount. There is also a small specialty market for the DDO and RPMs of that year.
