Bernardo O'Higgins 1778-1842, another of South America's revered 'libertadors' he was instrumental in freeing Chile from Spanish rule. A 1/2 condor note, from 1958.

Those Iraq notes are interesting... how do you tell the year/series? I don't speak/read Arabic or Kurdish.... Also begs the question, why are parts (most?) of them in English?
