@jay1234, whenever I see alternating lis and crowns, I think of Nuremberg jetons. Have you tried looking here: http://www.ukdfd.co.uk/pages/nuremb...l#_The_Types ?

Also, just to help, I have cropped and enlarged your pics. The color seems off (perhaps due to my woefully insufficient photo editing skills). Are you sure that this piece is silver?

The color is because of the lighting I'm using. I'm pretty sure it's silver. Definitely not that goldish yellow color. I'm checking out that link now. Thanks!
