Is this some form of damage on the coin, or a partially clogged die? The second T doesn't reach all the way down to the bottom of the other letters. The coin is obviously circulated, but there isn't any significant damage that I would think could produce this sort of error if an error is what it is. if so, Any ideas what sort of error this might be? Thank you all for your expertise in advance.

It's damaged, not an error.

Not an error, the bottom of the T has just taken a hit. PMD
