I don't like the significant hit on the left thigh of #2 coin.

#1 has more detail than #2.

Walkers are tough to grade.

I tend to agree with Basball and westernsky, most likely did not get a grade, only due to cost as the amount of coins in that hoard was very substantial, they most likely got very low pricing from NGC just to holder them all.
