1998 Quarter Vending Machine Damage Or Error

That helps us find things faster when we go back and search for specific things. Certainly not a big deal, but hopefully you can do this moving forward. With specific regard to your '63-D cent, I do see a bunch of damage to the rim. I don't think that this was from a vending machine, but I can't offer a reasonable alternate scenario. It doesn't look like a vice, because the rim dents are not 180 degrees opposite each other. In any case, this cent is only worth face value.
