'Alessandro Severo' sounds a lot better than Severus Alexander!

Its a hard ID - what is left reads '-TAS AVG-', could be AEQVITAS or LIBERALITAS AVGVSTI, but its hard to say as both have the Cornucopia. Can you tell what is in the figure's other hand? I am leaning towards Aequitas.

Sounds like you are seeing a worn abacus carried by Liberalitas - have a look at the LIBERALITAS AVG sestertii on this wildwinds page, which show it in a few different states of wear:
