I can tell you it's Islamic, probably made around the time of the Abbasids, based on the caligraphy style. I can't read Arabic, but some members here can. I sent a note to get this moved to a better audience.

I agree with the previous comments. No legible date or mint. Early 'Abbasid era, circa AD 750-900.

@CS, it is hard to tell from the pics, but can you please tell us whether it is a copper or silver/billon coin? I don't know that this info gets us any closer to an attribution, but is good to have nonetheless. Thx.
