I found a dime in pocket change but the wierd part is the penny reverse is backwards ...is it a fake

I think you have what is commonly referred to as a 'vise job'.
The dime and penny were stacked together and either squeezed or smashed together somehow. Transferring the reverse image from the cent to the dime.
