1991 P Lincoln Memorial Cent With Small Struck Through Wire (Not PSD!)

I found this from a circulated mixed roll, from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. It was Struck Through a small piece of wire. This is not Post Strike Damage. It's a genuine mint error.

Place a thread over the coin and see if it is closer in size? When you view stuff with a microscope, even a tooth pick looks like a pencil.
