I'd say F-15, LIBERTY only 90% visible.

I guess why I thought the obverse was better than F15. Here is a PCGS F15 obverse / reverse.

Then a PCGS VF25 obverse.

Even with the VF25, you can't see the full "Liberty".

But the F15 looks overall very flat and worn. I thought the original coin had more depth so to speak.
