EF-40, I lean toward cleaned and re-toning.

Looks cleaned and retoned to me. Coin looks XF Details.

Looks original to me. Toning looks enhanced by lighting in pics.

Looks to have XF level of detail and has circulated for a good amount of time. It's a sub-$100 piece.

It's original patina has surely been striped off and it is starting to retone. You can see traces of dirt and grime in a few protected areas of the reverse that did not clean off.
