The coin looks like it was struck with a normal die. The die is aging. Note how the tops of the devices near the rim are affected? The bottoms of the devices look normal? Tat is the beginning of die wear. It gets a lo worse with time.

Looks normal to me, also. While IGWT w/extra thickness is one

indicator, that particular die has other markers, as well.
