I've had this one for a while. Any graded guess would be appreciated. The obverse looks like it was cleaned, but the reverse does not - is that strange? Also, would this have full bell lines?

Flashback makes it very tough to evaluate the surfaces of this coin as far as being cleaned. I lean toward not. I'd also say not FBL.  to the CCF!

Nope, not FBL. Same criterion that is applied to Full Steps (FS) and Full Split Bands (FSB). Scratches that cut them cancels the attribute.
