AU55 for me as the strike or lack thereof plays into this. That obverse radial die crack is a one and done pup.

the 82-O is known for average strike. this one is AVG- I have it at AU53 probably grades straight

The VAM is 38B. It is an R-7 but the little info on past sales of this VAM does not show much premium best I can tell. If somebody else has more info on this please chime in.
