These are sellers pictures, Got it dirt cheap, I looked at previous auction pictures with regard to the poor strike in the upper hair line, and all the auctions had the same weakness to one degree or the other.

You will get to find out, because unless it looks horrible in hand, this one is going for submission.

Looks MS63, but it is not PL, and I'd wager it will come back in an Unc Details - Cleaned holder.

I keep to a simple philosophy: better to grade (and bid) strict/conservative and end up very pleased with the occasional "home run" than to get buyer's fever and let excitement blind me to any potential problems or disappointments.

I think you paid a very fair price and if it comes back full-grade you will have done very well for your money!

Best of luck and keep us posted.

If I could find a way to put it in my footer I would put "he who does not expectith is never disappointed"

And "something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it"

That's the truth when it is all said and done.

You folks are great, best board I've ever been on, no fighting, just friendly banter.

I've learned more here in a few months here then any coin boards, Thanks.

Would recommend an acetone bath when you get it, otherwise you run the risk of prints developing from that seller

To me it looks very well struck; That is not a poor strike in the upper hairline area. Just because it is not hammered needle sharp doesn't mean it's a poor strike.

Looks like a sweet coin.

Can I ask a question, maybe should make it somewhere else, but I dont think I'll kicked out for it, I see some of your footers with an ANA number, does that mean your a member or a grader or both.
