ANA does not grade coins, it's strictly a hobby/collector organization.

At the price, it's going in, so place your bets on a PCGS Grade

MS-63. Looks like a decent deal. I avoid ordering RAW coins off the internet as pictures can be deceptive and you're competing against a large market.
If it's got a good return policy it might be worth the gamble, but I'll stick to my flea markets/pawn shops/garage sales/ and mom&pop coin dealers. It's nice to see the thing in hand and really know what you're getting then and there.
You'd be surprised how willing those entities are to negotiate.

the 88-O is know for mostly average strike with some weaker ones. I would grade this AVG+ for the year. I think its MS64 possibly PL and is pushing 65 but the photos are not the best especially the obverse

When I get it, will see if it needs an acetone bath, (have to find a procedure on that) and get some better pictures before sending.

You're better off safe than sorry - you might not see the finger oils but they're probably there based on pics of seller mishandling the coin. Just take 100% pure acetone in a dish, place the coin in it for like a minute or so, then take the coin out and air-dry. No need for anything more complicated than that.

Ok, got it in the mail, here are my pictures, a little clearer then sellers. It had some green stuff on it, but the quick dip as was suggested got rid of the sellers prints and the green stuff.

The scratches are what they are, but I'm a little concerned about the "TY" in liberty, anyways final thoughts before she hits the road to PCGS?

Why are you submitting it for grading? It looks like a MS62 in the new images and is a $40 coin.
