I have asked moderator to move your post to its own thread.
You shouldn't piggyback on another thread as it causes confusion
when answering questions.

What is different about it?

1 There were no special 5 cent coins in 1970, it is the lowest mintage date for the type, 5.7 million, but there are still plenty of them so it is not a valuable date, the coin should be 21.2 mm made of pure nickel, weighs 4.54 grams with the Arnold Machin bust of Elizabeth II and the beaver on a rock. So what have you got?

Is it possible it's a coin from Britain, Bermuda, Caribbean Territories, Australia, or another country that uses QE II as the obverse. If you can't post a photo, what words are on both sides ? Without at least this, we're going nowhere.
