I found these 2019 P Lincoln cents and they have a missing neck. Does anyone know about these?

To the CCF

When taking photos, please shoot straight on instead of an angle
and rotate properly to make it easier to identify any problem.
From what I can see, the die looks like it has been overpolished,
in which case there would be thousands of them minted.
Better photos might reveal something else.

to CCF. It does appear to be an over polished die, as is the famous 3-leg buff. The buff got a lot of hype, that's why it is collectible. I do not see much if any premium for your cent, but sell it for as much as you can get. Good luck.

Caused by an Over Polished die issue. They polished the die down aggressively to get rid of a bad Die Clash event that happened.

Apollo Beach Coin.
Is that your business?

About your coin: It is the obverse equivalent of a "floating roof". The best price I have found on ebay for these is $15.

Over polished die, personally I'd think worth maybe a dollar.

Definitely not worth 1000 dollars. There's a lot of these on ebay. Also, there's absolutely nothing rare about this etheir. Just part of the normal Minting process, were they polish down the die, so they can get rid of Die Clashes and extend the life of the die a little bit longer. I wouldn't pay anything for this coin.

He's been banned for spamming. The forum software automatically locked him for many rapid fire email attempts. No doubt trying to promote his $1700 ebay listing... 293092027361

Another case of give something and name and they can unload them on the newbies. Add them to the missing 'D', FGs, Roofs, legs, necks, missing statues, peg legs and probably more that I've forgotten of over polished die issues. Add them to the die scratches names lists, chips list, clashes lists. Add a name and they become a hope to some to unload them. That is why I stick to die varieties.
