Like frog said, its bullion... as its an easy date and those dont really up in price until they hit around MS63 or so. Ive seen generic modern gold coins offered on tv, but not these. Interesting. jimbucks Pillar of the Community United States 4691 Posts	Posted 04/16/2019 11:31 pm I found it odd that they would put up an example with an obvious scratch, since they claimed they had a number of these for sale. Hard to tell, but also looks like a cleaned XF/AU (tough to see on the screen capture). Earlier in the show they were saying that the first 5 cent coin made of nickel was made in 1883. I guess they never heard of Shield nickels. These guys never cease to amaze me. Report this Post to the Staff
