That is the spine of the book with a well placed bag mark. Not a DDR.

I think it's just your lighting. The strange lighting plus the rotated image makes the illusion of doubling. In the other picture you can see there's nothing there.

The one by the index finger,if raised might be a DDR. I have found a few of them in 2009. Try looking it up if you really want to know,even if it takes some time.
