To begin, I hope I'm on the right part of the forum. Please don't get angry at me if I'm not jaja. Any ways, I found this 1993 P quarter and I think I know what this is, but I wanted to get more expert opinions just to be sure. So, question at hand is, is it a DD, because I don't find any info on this coin, or MD, like I'm thinking?

Not a doubled die. The devices are enlarged because the die was in the VLDS (Very-Late-Die-State) when your coin was struck. Note the devices are flowing in the direction of the closest rim. None of the sites (doubleddie.com or Variety Vista) show a lising for this year.
