2017 Missouri Quarter Possible Error Unknown Mint

Generally something off centered would need to be more dramatic than just a little off center and be at least 10% off centered. slight off centered by a percent or two doesn't add any real value, it's the 10-15%, or 25%-60% offcentered. dramatic ones.
