I think this may be a later die state then what is listed, currently only stage C is listed but I think this could be a canidate for stage D or E. The RPM is almost completly gone but barely visable. The only marker remaining is the clash mark under the throat.

It is a south. I don't see it on your coin?
Coppercoins shows a North. So that one is a different die.
Wexler doesn't show this one.

Nice RPM-clash combo! Not too sure about the stages, but a nice find never the less!

Added: looking at Mr. Coop's link, this is not the RPM you listed above. It's a minor RPM, split serif on the top left. Nice clash though!
