I thought it might have some of the blaksley effect going on in the obverse, but I guess that may not be the case. Could it be PSD? -CH27

CH. if it were me I would try to find a very similar coin and see if the blaksley effect is present on it. The biggest clip I have doesn't show it but that is common for large clips.
