This coin baffled me because it was graded as altered Surface-Unc Details. I just don't see it.

Looks like maybe someone was fiddling around in front of the bust about eye level. This could be what triggered the details designation?

Sasquatch - Actually not surprised. My first impulse was that the surfaces looked kind of leaden and dead.
