Aside from some changes with international fees a major policy change will be occurring that will have a huge impact on sellers and specifically ebay sellers.

Any refund or partial refund will no longer have the PayPal fee refunded. So every return, every canceled purchase, every partial refund PayPal will now be keeping the fee for all of those. If you sell on ebay where buyers can pay for whatever and then cancel or return things whenever this will significantly increase the cost of business for sellers especially as ebay has been trying to push Amazon style returns while the sellers shoulder the burden and cost.

Guess they need to shore up their bottom line on the backs of those they rely on most.

All the risks are on the sellers...all the rewards go to ebay, Paypal and Amazon.

I wonder how long before ebay does the same thing...and then charges an extra 10 percent for the shipping back to you. Or perhaps forces you to just let them have it for free.

Though I think ebay would probably go out of business if they did second. Profits on some things are too slim as it is.

I really hope ebay doesn't follow along. They need to change the buyer policies if they do

Hate to say it but best thing you can do is ignore sites that doesn't care about you. There's a reason why Amazon is worth almost 2k and people get upset otherwise
