Did I Find A 1982-D Small Date Lincoln Penny? How Valuable Are They Really?

As the subject reads, I had some questions about the 1982-D Small Date Lincoln Penny's actual value, rarity, and if I possibly stumbled onto one. Below are a few pictures of the penny in question. It looks like it meets the criteria for a small date Denver variety, but, that's wherein the real dilemma shows itself - even if it is a small date, are they actually as valuable as Youtube and Google like to paint them out to be?
