Another find. It is listed as rare on the document attached below (page 28). Some extra searching puts this slightly less scarce then the 1999 WAM in circulated grades, but rarer in uncirculated condition. Just started looking for these. This example is LDS which is the most common die state. It is very scarce in MLDS, with none in EDS, or EMDS, or MDS. Apparently one specimin with the earliest die state (still MLDS) shows true doubling on the leaf closest to the arrows.
