Found six Proof cents, all in its original mint packing, showing what are possible errors which cannot identify as I am new on this. 1970 observe shows a "delamination" in theword UNITED 1986 reverse shows some type of "bubbles" 1989 observe shows a "crisped" surface 1990 reverse shows a weel defined decoloration 2006 observe shows some sort of a high releif next to the date.
1970 could be a carbon spot. (these happened on the copper planchets) Not a plus for the coin. Probably the reason it was spent. The rough texture is the result of a poor rinse technique. The zinc dust was not rinsed off before the plating happened. 1990 the seal on the proof set was cut and the finish turned colors. 2006 just a gas bubble under the plating.
