Dots on i, mintmark error and extended line on shield.

Please state year of coin in your heading and always show full image of coin when posting pictures. Not sure what you mean by extended line on shield but that "dot" is just a plating bubble that has burst. Zinc rot will probably start to set in.

The 1993 coin penny is the obverse of the dotted one. Thanks again everyone. I can't find the shield penny now for the obverse photo.

There is nothing on any of the three coins you showed that would be classed as an error. They all show some form of PMD

All of them show Post Strike Damage ( PSD), not an error. All of them are spendable.
Errers and Varietys.
