I just found this and have never seen anything like it and cand can't find anything. If you have ever seen it or have any thoughts please help :)

Most likely just a Die Chip. Doesn't look like an RPM.

Looks like a plating bubble that is going to open up soon, and zinc rot will set in. Not an error. Safe to spend IMO

Check to see if it is gray in the center. If so it is a pierced plating issue. While it looks like the same size as a mintmark, I doubt that is the case. Why? Because there would have probably a million of them out there. We would have known about this probably for the last 40 years. But because it is on one coin, no one noticed this before.

Not an extra MM. It looks like a piece of hard plating debris to me. If you press on it and it dents,then it is a plating gas bubble.
