There's not 3. There's 4, so it's a Quadruple RPM. Nice find!

The images show a 1946-D, the Title says 1957-D?
Well it is not a DDO. It is MD that reduced those devices.
Images with the full date and the mintmark area would be more helpful. Larger images of that date area might show us more. Perhaps lighint the images to show the top RPM, and the lower RPM in separate shots to show what is going on for sure. Wexler has 95 RPMs for this year. The 092 and 094 were interesting ones.

Also Coop it is a 1946 D was a typo. I hit the load button and see the typo. Is there a way to go back in to the post and change typos?

How can the date on the coin be a typo? Go to the top of the page and see if there is a selection to edit on the right side of the thread? You can choose it from the in the first 24 hours.

On the center tool bar on your post, there is a square with a pencil, click on that and a new box will open and you can change the image address to your 1957-D image. (You have 24 hours to edit from there on any post) After 24 hour contact the staff. On the thread on the right side of the thread. (lower area, "report this post to the staff" will open a box to send a message to the staff)

I see it is already fixed now. But I didn't see a match for Wexler's site. (The images are not complete for that year)
