Seller has it listed as a lamination, but it looks like a ragged clip to me. What do you think?

Ragged clips with cracks.

When I originally posted photos of my 1917 LWC, the terminology of Planchet Flaws with Cracks error, was never suggested. Could it possibly be the reason for the cracks and lamination ?
