If you purchased it, then you may have hit the jackpot.
Everything to me indicates that it is a rare Small Bead.
Another misatributed TPG coin but in this case it worked
out to your advantage.

JimmyD, I wish it were mine and that I had found it but the credit goes to a fellow collector with a sharp eye.

You are correct a small beads certified as a large beads I feel happy for my friend but also sorry for the seller.

A $6,000.00 dollar coin for $50.00 the grading Company has cost the seller $5,950.00 or should the seller have known what they had before grading.

Either way it created a loser and a winner

Are you sure it is a winner and loser? Did the seller buy it at Small Bead price, TPG certifies as LB, seller is sad and sells at massive loss? Or was seller selling what they thought was a common coin at a profit, someone saw incorrect label and will potentially make a larger profit. It could be a win-win, just one persons win is much larger.

Kudos to the buyer, sharp eye!
I wonder if the seller would have recourse with NGC.
Don't they have a guarantee?
Their mistake cost the submitter of this coin a lot of money.

Seeing way too many TPG errors.

It's strange this illicits such little outrage amongst the coin collecting community vs say a seller that charges a buck or 2 on shipping over actual cost.

The biggest battles are often fought over the smallest things.

I remember my boss telling it was easier to get approval for $75,000 in nice to have equipment than $300 to take the team for lunch after a big project...
