1964 P LMC Unlisted DDO Bar Under L

This 1964 P LMC is an unlisted DDO with the bar under the L. The only die marker on this cent that stands out is a slight crack that extends form the top of the T in CENT on the reverse. I do not believe this is a different stage as nothing matches up.
